| Q : | What are your hours of operation? |
| A : | Our office hours are from 07.00 – 16.00 local time (WIB) and our flight operational hours are from sunrise to sunset (06.00-18.00). However, if you are interested in setting up afterhour flight, additional arrangements needs to be made beforehand. |

| A : | The most immediate/straight forward way is by clicking the “Get Quote” button located on the right side of the page. The form will guide you on the information we require to provide a full quotation for you. You could follow the instructions available or send us a RFQ to info@derazona.com. |
| Q : | Why are quote details important? |
| A : | Helicopter trips are not restrained by airports or cities; however, it is restrained by the availability of fuel on location and the landing permit of such locations. Often times, we need to supply the fuel at the more remote locations; therefore, complete itinerary and coordinates of the mission are required to provide a full quotation. |
| Q : | How do I add my equipment to my booking? |

First of all, please include details of any requirements as additional information in your request for quote. For any equipment that needs to be installed on the aircraft, we require the STC (Standard Type Certificate) from the manufacturer that is approved for the type of aircraft to be used. Pictures and/or blueprints of necessary equipment will be accommodating in installation preparation. |
| Q : | Can I fly the helicopter myself? |
| A : | There is always the option to dry-lease the helicopter. We would require going through all the necessary legal channels and a Derazona crew will accompany your flight at all times. |
| Q : | Is it true that flying a helicopter is a lot of fun? |
| A : | There is no other mode of transport that provides the freedom of a helicopter. We can fly high, low, fat and hover. We can also reach destinations that other modes of transportation can only dream about. We get there timely and safely. |

| A : | A helicopter is so versatile that it is used for numerous roles throughout the world. | A : | The best time to fly is which time best suits your requirement. The pilot will inform you if the weather is not suitable for flight. We recommend you to book us with contingency in mind. |

| A : | Our pilots have advanced flight hours and are subjected to rigorous training. They have successfully completed missions to the extent of the services we offer. Derazona has received prestigious awards; to name one is “Free Accident and Violation,” awarded by the highly reputable international organization, the Helicopter Association international (HAI). |
| Q : | What is the seating in the helicopter? |
| A : | Our Bell 206 is configured like a sedan, whereas one passenger rides next to the pilot and a further 3 passengers seated in the back facing forwards. On our Bell 412, the maximum seating capacity is 13 passengers where five passengers is facing forward, four backwards and each two seats facing port and starboard side, but may not be manned before the first nine seats are occupied. |
